Ready to thread your creativity? Our Homeschool Sewing Classes introduce students to the essential skills of sewing both by hand and by machine in a fun, supportive environment. Learn the fundamentals of stitches, seams, and patterns while mastering safety and proper use of sewing tools and machines. Students will complete hands-on projects designed to build confidence and spark a lifelong love of making. Perfect for beginners or anyone eager to bring their ideas to life one stitch at a time!
Homeschool Virtual Art
(ages 5+)
Join the creative fun from anywhere with Artsy Partsy’s Virtual Homeschool Art Classes! Designed for homeschool students and taught live via Zoom, these engaging lessons bring our studio experience straight to your home. All necessary art supplies will be shipped directly to you before the first class, so you’re ready to jump in and start creating. Classes are taught by our experienced instructors in Eastern Standard Time (EST) and follow the same fun, affordable curriculum we offer at our studio in Pasadena, Maryland. Whether you're across town or across the country, you can enjoy hands-on art education that inspires creativity and confidence!

Artsy Partsy is excited to offer a brand-new 12-week art series designed just for homeschool students in elementary, middle, and high school! Each week features fun, thoughtfully selected lessons that encourage your young artist to express their creativity and develop their talents. From colorful painting projects to imaginative mixed-media work, students will explore a variety of techniques and materials in a welcoming, age-appropriate setting. Let them discover the joy of making art while growing their skills and confidence!
Homeschool Digital Art
(ages 8+)
This much-requested class is finally here! Our Digital Art Homeschool Class introduces students to the exciting world of digital illustration using the Procreate app on their iPad. In this hands-on course, students will learn essential techniques for sketching, coloring, layering, and refining their art digitally, making their creative ideas come alive with this powerful, intuitive tool.
Perfect for beginners or budding digital artists alike, this class offers step-by-step instruction, tips, and plenty of room for personal expression. Students must provide their own iPad with the Procreate app installed. Join us and unlock the endless possibilities of digital art!
How old does my child need to be to attend a home school art class at Artsy Partsy? Our homeschool art classes are for kids in kindergarten through twelfth grade!
What can my child expect during an art class, camp, workshop, or special event? All students, from children to adults, are encouraged to express their creativity and expand their talents during our art classes. Depending on the class selection, they can expect to learn art skills, concepts, and principles for every level of artist. They will love drawing and painting by mixing colors, learn about different style of art, and rise to the challenge of trying out a variety of new art techniques.
Can my homeschooler attend an art class even if they aren’t a resident of Anne Arundel County? Certainly! As much as we love being located in Pasadena and being so close to Annapolis, we know that Maryland has many wonderful communities. We firmly believe that art should be available to any student at any stage and welcome any and all students to take our classes. If you’re willing to make the drive, we’d love to have you! We also offer virtual classes as an alternative to coming into the studio.
